Find answers, guides, and support for everything on Auditoria
Go to the Book a Hall page from the home screen. Select the auditorium you want, pick a date, choose a time slot, fill in your purpose and department details, and submit the booking request. If the slot is available, your booking is confirmed instantly.
On the booking form, select the auditorium and date. The calendar and time picker will highlight unavailable slots in red. You can also view existing confirmed bookings for that day so you can choose a free time window.
Currently, to cancel a confirmed hall booking please contact the Auditoria administration via email at It.hospital@subharti.org with your booking ID. Self-service cancellation for bookings will be available in a future update.
Visit My Bookings from your dashboard. You'll see all your hall reservations organised into three tabs: Upcoming, Past, and Cancelled. Each card shows the venue, date, time slot, status, and any events you've added.
Open My Bookings and find your confirmed booking. Click "Add Event to This Slot". Fill in the event title, description, date, start and end time (must be within your booked slot), seating mode, and optionally upload an event poster. Click Add Event to publish it.
Your event must take place within the time window you've booked the hall for. This is a hard constraint to prevent conflicts with other bookings. If you need more time, cancel and re-book the hall for a longer slot.
Yes. In My Bookings, expand the events list for a booking by clicking "View →", then click the ✏️ Edit button next to any event. You can update the title, description, start/end time, and replace the poster image.
Expand the events list in My Bookings and click the 🗑 Delete button next to the event. You'll be asked to confirm before the event is permanently removed. Note: if tickets have already been booked for this event, contact support before deleting.
You can upload event posters in JPG, PNG, or WebP format. The maximum file size is 5MB. You can also drag and drop the image directly onto the upload zone. The poster is displayed on the event detail page visible to your audience.
Browse the Events page to find published events. Click on any event to view its details, then select your preferred ticket tier and seat (if reserved seating). Complete the booking and your ticket — with a QR code entry pass — will appear in My Tickets.
All your booked tickets are in My Tickets. Each ticket card shows a mini QR code — tap it to enlarge the entry pass. Show this QR code at the event gate for check-in. Tickets are organised into Upcoming, Completed, and Cancelled tabs.
Yes. In My Tickets, click the Cancel button on any active ticket. Once confirmed, the ticket is cancelled and your seat is released. If you paid for the ticket, a refund will be initiated — the refund status will be shown as "Refunded" on your ticket.
It depends on the event organiser. Organisers can set ticket tiers as Free (₹0) or assign a price. The ticket price is shown clearly on the event page and your ticket card before you confirm the booking.
"Checked In" means your QR code was scanned at the entry gate and your attendance has been recorded. Once checked in, the QR code cannot be reused for re-entry. If you believe this is an error, contact the event organiser directly.
Ticket tiers allow event organisers to define multiple pricing categories for an event — e.g. VIP (₹500), General (₹200), Students (Free). Each tier is linked to a specific section of the auditorium (e.g. ground floor, balcony) with a fixed number of seats.
After adding an event, the system automatically takes you to the Tier Setup step. Select a section from the dropdown (sections are pre-configured for each auditorium), set a price, and click "+ Add This Tier". You can add multiple tiers. Click "Done — Save Tiers" when finished, or "Skip for Now" to set up tiers later.
For events with Reserved seating, the event detail page shows a visual seat map of the auditorium. Available seats are shown in blue, booked seats are greyed out. Click any available seat to select it, then proceed to book. Your seat code will appear on your ticket and QR pass.
Sections are physical zones within an auditorium — for example, Ground Floor, First Balcony, Second Balcony, or VIP Block. Each section has a defined number of seats. Ticket tiers are mapped to sections so attendees know exactly where they'll be sitting.
